Description :
  • Preparation to bring insight and thoughtful recommendations to client meetings, team interactions, and individual work on a daily basis.
  • On a daily basis you will track client pacing in relation to their growth targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Clearly articulating and communicating account performance in relation to the client’s growth targets.
  • Collaborating with your team and setting weekly objectives for each of your clients.
  • Constant awareness of weekly objectives status and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively addressing issues and developing solutions.
  • Deep analysis of client businesses in order to identify growth obstacles and clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and yearly growth targets.
  • Prioritizing the development of your team and clients to foster lasting relationships for the continued growth of Lilo Social and our client businesses.
  • Dialed in and focused on key aspects of growth including finance, marketing, and client service.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 5+ years in an eCommerce growth marketing role.
  • Experience developing a holistic eCommerce growth strategy through a deep understanding of organic and paid revenue sources.
  • A proven track record for scaling direct-to-consumer eCommerce businesses.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets on social media platforms in excess of $50,000 per month.
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing.
  • Experience managing Google advertising budgets preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Agency experience and/or experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Expert with Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Ads, Klaviyo, and TikTok.
  • Skilled in Asana and Notion project management software, preferred.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (DataStudio/Supermetrics preferred).
  • A love for problem solving (no matter how complex) until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions.
  • High emotional intelligence includes a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work), ambition (vision for what your future holds), and empathy (identifying and caring for teammates and clients driving forces).
  • Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment in order to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
  • A desire to take risks – but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
